Job Description

The role will require presence in our Bangkok office for at least the first few months. The long-term location can be discussed.

We are looking for a progressive Head of People and Culture to help our team become the best version of themselves. A superstar who can help make Taskworld into a world-class talent/learning organization & to influence the direction of the platform to incorporate best-practices.

As a senior leader, you’ll have a major impact on creating an environment that fosters passion, creativity, drive, empathy and ultimately fulfillment. These qualities will impact how our team works together to deliver the best collaboration and teamwork software in the market. You will not only impact the work environment at Taskworld but also contribute toward building elements in our software roadmap which have the ability to unleash the power of individuals working within successful team environments. You will ideally be a coach to all the employees at Taskworld. You will be in charge of making Taskworld the best place to work for in not just Asia, but globally.

It’s used by thousands of companies all around the world including industry leaders like Allianz, Salesforce, Samsung, KPMG and Accenture. With a diverse team spread all over the world, we are growing at a mind-boggling pace.


We aim to create one of the best workplaces in the world at Taskworld. This is a senior leadership position and you will be reporting directly to the CEO. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Impacting Taskworld’s culture and workplace-best-practices by leading from the front
  • Creating internal guidelines consistent with our culture that are relevant and progressive
  • Coaching other leaders and team leads in matters such as employee fulfillment and productivity
  • Creating strategies to recruit the best talent from all over the world
  • Managing and optimizing employee benefits plan to ensure that our teams feel supported
  • Introducing a progressive and effective performance management program
  • Creating an effective learning & development program
  • Proactively sensing issues and solving conflicts before they arise
  • Providing proactive insights and feedback into the product road-map and direction


  • 8+ years of business and/or progressive HR experience
  • Ideally, an MBA degree or a degree in Organizational Behavior or another relevant field
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • A healthy balance of big picture theory, best-practices, and strategy as well as the ability to roll up the sleeves and execute
  • Natural leader with a knack of inspiring and motivating people
  • Empathic leader with an inherent ability to put themselves in others’ shoes
  • A good mix of business and people skills
  • Extensive experience in training, learning, and development
  • Experience implementing leadership, teamwork and culture trainings
  • Experience in developing people-related guidelines, processes, policies. and developing frameworks
  • Ability to recruit top purpose-driven talent consistent with Taskworld’s values and direction
  • Ability to work at both strategic/vision level and hands-on execution level
  • Experience in learning & development
  • Humble, balanced, curious and grounded with a positive attitude
  • Experience in B2B SaaS industry is a big plus
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Drive to want to make Taskworld a shining example of execution of best people practices
  • Hunger for learning more and as well as sharing knowledge
  • Business/CXO coaching experience a plus
