Job Description

Taskworld is a leading online project management software that’s used by thousands of teams worldwide. We serve some of the world’s biggest companies including Netflix, Samsung, Volkswagen & AccorHotels.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our new team in the Philippines. This is an important position that combines after sales service & customer onboarding and account management.

We take great pride in being a user centric company. As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll be right in the middle of all the action, and your strategic input would be vital in our product development.

Roles

  • Create comprehensive onboarding plans for Taskworld’s customers and ensure smooth adoption of the software.
  • Take over customers from the sales team and build a lasting relationship with each client.
  • Understand customer grievances and collaborate with different teams to solve them.
  • Frequent check-in with customers to garner product feedback, provide trainings and ensure account renewal.
  • Discover opportunities to upsell and drive recurring revenue from upgrades.
  • Organize webinars, online trainings and update Taskworld’s user guide.
  • Create new campaigns to decrease MRR churn rate.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer success experience at a SaaS company or any related field.
  • Excellent relationship building.
  • Native level fluency in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as MRR, Churn Rate, LTV/CAC etc.
  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Fast and Reliable Internet Connection.
  • Own Computer and Headset (Desktop or Laptop).
